Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties Palm Springs Releases 2018 Sales Results
PALM SPRINGS (March 8, 2019) Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties in Palm Springs released its annual sales results today. In 2018, the company completed $5.2 billion in total sales volume, a 7.6 percent increase over its 2017 sales volume of $4.85 billion. The firm recognized its 2018 achievements at its annual awards ceremony at Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs Hotel.
“We completed our first full year of operations in 2018 since partnering with the excellent Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices firm founded by Palm Springs real estate icon Louise Hampton,” said Mark Stark, CEO of Americana Holdings. Stark’s firm operates in California, Nevada and Arizona, comprising the largest independently owned Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchise in the world. “We look forward to continuing to build momentum and growing our business within the region.”
Last year, the company won numerous awards, earning the #32 spot on the Swanepoel Mega 1000, a list of the top 1000 real estate firms in the nation, and making the Inc 5000 Hall of Fame for being selected to the prestigious list of America’s fastest growing private companies more than five times.

The firm awarded the top 10 performers consisting of both individual sales executives and teams within the greater Coachella Valley. Louise Hampton and her team earned the top honor as the number one performing team company-wide with more than $38 million in sales volume.
