$1.2M Meiselman home in Palm Springs comes with travel trailer

A remodeled Palm Springs home designed by modernist developer Jack Meiselman is up for grabs at $1.15 million.
Sitting on a quarter-acre lot in the Little Beverly Hills neighborhood, the listing markets the three-bedroom, 1,170-square-foot dwelling with two bathrooms as “a very successful Airbnb” that has generated more than $100,000 in the last year. It comes with a vintage Cardinal travel trailer.
There’s a pool, bocce court and dining patio.
Property records show the house last sold in October 2020 for $750,000. It’s one of the desert enclave’s 84 homes attributed not only to Meiselman but William Krisel and the Alexander Construction Co.
A 2021 article in Atomic Ranch notes that Meiselman got his start as a partner of Bob Alexander of Alexander Construction. He later teamed up with his brother, Bernie. The Meiselman brothers built affordable vacation homes using post-and-beam construction, with many of the hallmarks seen in this well-preserved throwback to the era of butterfly-style roofs.
Inside the circa 1957 house is an all-white interior with tongue-and-groove ceilings, cork flooring and clerestory windows. It includes a generously sized living room, dining area, open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast counter.
The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a window in the tiled shower and custom cabinetry.
An oversized laundry room with extra storage space completes the listing.
The home’s furnishings are available separately.
John White of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties holds the listing.
